Use a black eyeliner to line your eyes, both the top and the waterline. I would suggest Bobbi Brown’s gel eyeliner because they work great! <3

As for eyeshadow, because your eyes are brown, using a more neutral to brown tone will really help bring out your eyes. You can get a brown toned quad colour palette and apply it onto your eyelids. You can purchase fairly cheap ones at your local drugstore in brands such as L’oreal or Maybelline.

i do a few thing that make my dark eyes pop, one thats good is a smudgy smoky eye with a pop of gem toned liner underneath, like a turquoise! also purple and browns and golds work great too!! try and see how Nicole Scherzinger plays up her eyes :)

To make dark brown eyes pop I say you use a golden eyeshadow on the lid and dark brown in the outer crease. As for liner, any type of colored eyeliner would make it pop (ie. lavender, turquoise, or green).

The golden shadow brings light to the eye, the dark brown shadow adds more dark brown to your eyes and the colorful eyeliner is a real attention grabber (:

I would say always go with black liner. Gel liner with a brush is the best way to go if you want the best control and darkness (Sonia Kashuk has a nice one you can get at Target). I find that violets and greens really make my eyes look nice. If you’re going for a softer everyday look I would stick with a golden chestnut matte shadow. Find a good mascara for you and it will really really open your eyes up a lot. I like the LashBlast because it never clumps on me and it’s probably the easiest and smoothest mascara to use. I’ve bought Urban Decay, MAC, Dior, Stilla, Smashbox, Lancome, and other higher end eye shadows and liners, but I would say that you can get equally good if not better products in the drugstores. I think that Dior shadow is the only brand worth the price. I much prefer Revlon Colorstay pencil eyeliner to the Urban Decay eyeliners. If you’re looking for the bright one that Urban Decay offers, the Sephora brand is cheaper and the colors are much more vivid. Message me if you have any other questions… I’ve bought a lot of makeup lol.

Eyeliner and eye shadow! I would recommend the Stila Kajal Eyeliner or the Urban Decay 24/7! If you want more smudgy go with Stila.

So what you do is liner your water line and and right next to your top eyelashes and then smudge it a little add a tiny bit of any dark colors such as violet, dark blue. Helps me

With eyeshadow whenever I’m doing any color with my eyes apply a shimmy white in the inner corners of yours eyes really works! :)

I have dark brown eyes as well, and this is what I use…

    DAYTIME

~Try a dark brown eyeliner smudged into your top lashline. Finish with a black/brown lengthening mascara.

    NIGHTTIME

~Try a navy blue matte eyeshadow on your eyelid. Then, line your waterline and tightline with a black eyeliner. Then, smudge the shadow on your bottom lash line, and add a thin line of black liner to your top lash line. Finish with a jet-black volumizing mascara.

    WEEKEND

~Try a purple eyeshadow on your eyelids. Finish with a black mascara to your top lashes.
~Or, also, emerald green looks great-so try a green or a teal colored eyeliner on your top and bottom lashlines, and finish off with a COLORED mascara (i.e.-navy blue or grey).

    :) Good Luck!! I hope I helped!
