I have light skin and light blue eyes, with black hair, what eye makeup do u think would look good?

i think that you should probably stick to natural colors. For your eyes, you should wear like a brown. It can be dark brown or light. I think black would also look good. Then you should put on a thin line of eyeliner. Then some mascara.
stay away from the blue.

Use a metallic silver eyeliner on the inner corners of your eyes.
I also like to use (over a eye base of skin-coloured eyeshadow) Revlons Molten Metal eyeshadow in the silver on my brow bone.
omg one of my really close friends has the same look as you and she does her eyes beautifully. What she does is line the bottom inside lids with brown eyeliner and wears gold/brown eyeshadow. I have gray blue eyes and i use greens or purples on my eyes and they pop out. Use brown liner with a deep olive or a light green and they will pop. Or use like a Grey / light black liner with light purple or Burgundy and they will pop too.
for something classy, use SILVER/METALLIC GRAY!
for something more fun/flirty, use PINK!
