oil control lotion will lower oil production on your face–wear it under your makeup. the oil mattifier you can wear over your foundation or under and use to touch up oily spots all day long. you can use both products at the same time. as far as your foundation, i would go with the medium coverage MK foundation, but that’s just me and several million MK users!
I use the oil control lotion every day before I put my make-up on. If I am really oily (like in the summer or on humid days) I put the mattifier on after the oil control lotion. If I am not too oily, i just use the oil control lotion before make-up. I always keep the oil mattifier with me throughout the day and dab on over my make-up if I get oily… this is instead of having to add more powder!
I use the medium-coverage foundation by MK so I don’t know about those that you mentioned. It is meant for normal to oily skin and it is my favorite of all the kinds I have used. You might see if you can get a sample of it to try, because its really great.
You can use both at the same time. Wash your face when you wake up, apply the oil control lotion, and then put on your foundation (i’d go with the clinique brand) then you can put the oil mattifier on over the foundation. You can also use the oil mattifier throughout the day. Hope that helps, and Happy Birthday(tomorow
