Im wearing a black and white dress to homecoming. Im 18. I have brown eyes and my skin tone is Paleish/Fair/Freckled and my face shape is oval. What kind of makeup would you suggest with this? I was thinking a smokey eye with a nude lip possibly? And what kind of blush? Any good video tutorials? Or any other suggestions would be great!

I would actually suggest a berry or even a red lip. It’s a fantastic combo with black and white. I would play up the lips and do very little makeup on the eyes except for a thick application of mascara. and a little bit of glowing peachy blush on your cheeks
I’d go peachy/light pink eyeshadow on the eyes, very minimal, with thick eyeliner, pink/peach blush and lipstick. Use frosty eyeshadow and Blush as well.
