Is clinique actually good? Do they work on profits or something?

I went into Macy’s today just to find a lip gloss. I some how asked the sales lady if they’re skin cleansers are good.. and she said they’re the best (long story short). She said my breakouts will disappear, my black heads will probably disappear.. and that it’s much better than Merle Norman.
I’m on a level 2, 3 step cleanser.. 2 times a day. She also said that I will soon forget about Merle Norman and buy all my makeup at Clinique.
So what’s the deal? I love Merle Norman make-up! Although their cleansers suck!!
Oh yeahh.. do people @ Clinique work on profits? Is that why she told me that so many of her products would be great for me?

My guess would be they do. I’m pretty sure all of them at the make-up/perfume counters make a base pay plus commission. Clinique products are great though. I have been using them for years and their make-up. There 3-step is excellent. They also have a foaming face wash that is awesome. I never, ever let myself run out of this stuff. Personally, I like the new dramatically different gel instead of the lotion. It has a lighter feel and it’s great if you have combination skin. Also, always use the toner before the lotion as it really does prep your skin and helps it to retain more moisture. Man I sound like one of those Clinques sales woman…lol.
yea, i dont really buy those
