How can I prevent my makeup from coming off when I wear sunglasses?

When I wear sunglasses my makeup comes off on the bridge of my nose and by my temples. I look funky when I take my glasses off. The makeup is removed and it is kind of red. I hate having to rush to the bathroom to touch up my makeup in those places. Anyone have any tips?

well, try something that actually stays on no matter what. i bought M.A.C. products and i tried wiping it off with a dry towel and it wouldnt come off. the only thing that gets it off is water. so it will stay on as long as you dont wash your face =]

Buy makeup with Silica, which prevents it to come off. I use MAC Studio Fix powder foundation, and theres minimal makeup that comes off when i wear my sunglasses. Also, put on powder after you wear liquid foundation.

As odd as it sounds. Use a sponge and press translucent powder onto the bridge of your sunglasses. If the bridge of your sunglasses is powdered than it won’t stick to your makeup. Basically what is happening is the heat from your body isn’t being expelled because it is being covered up by the non-breathable plastic on your sunglasses. This heats up your makeup and causes it to stick to your sunglasses. If you powder the bridge of your sunglasses first then the melted makeup won’t stick to the plastic and you won’t loose any of your makeup.
